I was asked by the lovely owners of C1 Art Space at to do an installation in their front window.

They are located at 44 Ossington just above Queen west.
It was pretty fun to do even though part of my big frame drawing blew into the street and got run over by a car. It surprisingly worked out in the end.
My favorite part is the old creepy dolls hidden under the T-shirt curtain.

Sometimes I have a hard time getting myself to draw new pictures.
Once I get going I love it but I tend to have to force myself to start.
I’m trying hard to get going now. January is a hard month.
Here is a drawing I did when I was about 7 or so. It’s of me, my mom and sister. In it I’m telling my mom about how my bike got stolen (again). True story. I Made my mom look so scary but she’s really the nicest person you’d ever meet. I think I just liked the drama.

Here is a new drawing I’ve been working on. It’s Ballerina’s
Sometimes I feel like my drawings have not progressed too much since I was 7. But I like that.

I have just completed my highly anticipated Damned Dollies PostCard Collection.
They come in a set of 13 different PostCards printed up all glossy and fancy!

This was an extremely fun and refreshing project that I did with my friend and studio mate Danijela Pruginic.
She is a highly talented photographer and I loved working with her on these dreamy Doll scenarios for the postcards.

The Damned Dollies PostCard Collection is now available on my Etsy site for a limited time!

In May I participated in a fun project with a bunch of other artists here in Toronto and some from Montreal. We were all chosen to decorate a pair of Keds sneakers to be auctioned off and displayed at the Bata Shoe Museum. The proceeds went to a charity and to the organizers of the event, Worn Fashion Journal. It was the launch of the 8th issue of this amazing magazine: www.wornjournal.com. It was a pretty fun party and we got to dress up fancy. A few of my friends decorated shoes as well like Clayton from complexgeometries.com and Sam from thepinpals.typepad.com and Sonya who does www.makeitawesome.com

These are the shoes I designed.

I’ve been getting ready for the Spring One-Of-A-Kind sale here in Toronto. Only 6 days away and I have tons to do. My studio is a ridiculous mess and I barely have room to print another T-shirt!
The sale is April 1st-5th at the Direct Energy Center in downtown Toronto.
I’ll have some new Diorama like Doll scenes and a new print or two.
I hope the sale goes well even if everyone in Ontario is unemployed! we’ll have to wait and see…

This book came
out in Taiwan this year.
I’m so flattered to have such a big feature in it.
I really wish I knew what it said about Damned Dollies. Let me know if anyone can translate!

Here are two great images of boys clutching my dollies.
The first fashion one is taken from Zink magazine. It’s a Canadian publication that I wasn’t familiar with until my friend Clayton of Complexgeometries told me about it. I was suprised to see one of my dolls used in a photo shoot.

The next image was sent by a fan of his nephew enjoying a Damned Dollie.
